We are thrilled with the transition of our child, Noel, into the Koala Room in the daycare thanks to the exceptional care provided by Sonia and her team, the process was smooth and reassuring. The curriculum in the Koala Room is thoughtfully designed to meet the developmental needs of the toddlers. Activities focusing on colors, emotional regulation, and numbers are tailored to foster early learning in a playful, engaging manner. This approach helps Noel build foundational skills while also enjoying the learning process. The emphasis on connection, familiarity with caregivers, and play ensures that children feel secure and motivated, which is crucial at this stage. Sonia, as the room leader, is exceptionally caring and goes above and beyond to create a supportive environment for the children. Her dedication to both the curriculum and the emotional well-being of the kids is evident and deeply appreciated. The team of educators - Nidhi, Buena, Menaka, Priyanka, Naila, and Sandu—who look after the children are doing a fantastic job. They are attentive, responsive, and dedicated to the well-being of the kids. Any questions or concerns we raise are promptly addressed, reflecting the daycare's commitment to addressing feedback and maintaining high standards. The OWNA app has been an invaluable tool for us, keeping us informed about Noel's daily activities and helping us understand and support his learning at home. Robyn Gilletts leadership and dedication to quality ensure that the centre remains an excellent place for children to grow and learn. Overall, we have complete confidence in the care and education provided here. I highly recommend this daycare to any prospective parents looking for a nurturing, responsive, and enriching environment for their children. Transitioning Noel from the Pygmy Possums to the Bandicoots was new and overwhelming, but I maintained an open line of communication, and all the teachers were receptive and excellently cared for Noel in the Bandicoots room. The educators Swetha, Sonia, and Hima were all very helpful in giving me any information I needed about Noel. They communicate and respond instantly, wherever it is necessary. Once more, I firmly advise parents to use this childcare for this purpose because it is crucial to have faith in the teachers. Keep up the good work and the trust we have in you. We are very fortunate and thankful to have Judy and the team nurturing our child at Pygmy Possums. Big thanks also to Christina (a new assistant director of Adventure) for helping the transition of our kid to step up into higher class. The whole processes provided were easy, clear, and prompt. For anyone who has made booking at Adventure, please do not say “I will think about it” when opportunities come. They will be gone in split seconds. So good luck! I am happy the way she is so excited to go to childcare everyday, learn new things, involve and play with other children. The staff there are so nice, friendly and patient and has been supportive always smiling. I am truly grateful for their effort, kindness and attitude towards children and parents. I thank Rosie, Ganga, Nausheen, Nidhi and Lorraine for being the best educators for Ananya.
